AboutUs

History of Gauri Sulochana Foundation

The Gauri Sulochana Foundation was born from a legacy of empowerment, inspired by the impactful work of Shree Maharishi Productions from 2015–2019. Officially founded in Jaipur in 2025, the Foundation champions dignity, inclusion, and equality for all—especially women and the transgender (Kinnar) community.

Rooted in cultural pride and social justice, GSF leads initiatives like Nari Tujhe Salaam and Ek Samman to amplify unheard voices and create safe, inclusive spaces. Guided by empathy and purpose, we stand as a movement to build a society where every identity is celebrated with respect.

In the Gauri Sulochana Foundation’s emblem, the floral motif symbolizes blooming identities and human dignity, while the vibrant hues represent diversity and unity. The circular design reflects continuity and collective progress.

These visual elements express our belief:

“In a world of differences, let dignity be the common ground. In every voice, find the strength of a movement.”

Our Core Values

01.

Dignity First

We believe that dignity is not earned—it is inherent. Every individual, regardless of identity, background, or circumstance, deserves respect, acceptance, and the right to be seen and heard.

02.

Inclusivity

Our work stands on the belief that true progress only happens when every voice is welcomed. We embrace gender diversity, cultural uniqueness, and personal journeys, ensuring no one is left behind.

03.

Community-Driven

Change begins at the grassroots. We listen to the voices of the people we serve, involve them in decision-making, and co-create solutions that reflect their real needs and dreams.

04.

Cultural Relevance

Our programs are rooted in the power of stories, traditions, and the arts. We use culturally resonant approaches to build empathy, bridge differences, and inspire belonging.

05.

Courage & Compassion

We face injustice with fearless intent and gentle hearts. Our actions are grounded in kindness, yet firm in their call for equity, truth, and transformation.

06.

Integrity in Action

We uphold honesty, transparency, and accountability in every effort—ensuring that trust is earned and sustained at every step of our journey.
