WELCOME TO THE PROGRAMS OF GAURI SULOCHANA FOUNDATION

Gauri Sulochana Foundation Programs for Empowerment & Inclusion

Mission:
At Gauri Sulochana Foundation, our mission is to foster a just and inclusive society where dignity, voice, and opportunity are accessible to all. Through community-rooted programs, we are working to uplift women, empower transgender individuals, build youth leadership, and promote cultural understanding.

We ensure that every woman has the tools to lead, that every transgender person is recognized with dignity, and that youth are equipped to express, create, and grow. Our approach blends art, education, and advocacy—building strength from the ground up.

The goal of our programs is to create a ripple effect of transformation—starting with individuals and reaching across entire communities. Whether it’s a self-defense workshop, a rural skill camp, or a cultural exchange, we strive to bring inclusion, healing, and progress to every corner we serve.

The Spirit of Womanhood is Unstoppable

No matter where they live—villages or cities—women carry strength, resilience, and the power to transform societies. Yet, many still lack the recognition, safety, and support they truly deserve. Through Nari Tujhe Salaam, Gauri Sulochana Foundation is changing this narrative by creating platforms for women to lead, heal, and thrive.

From legal awareness and health education to storytelling and entrepreneurship, we empower women with tools to shape their own futures. We recognize the silent warriors—rural women, single mothers, survivors, and changemakers—whose stories too often go unheard.

We are committed to building a world where every woman’s voice matters, where dignity is not requested but honored, and where sisterhood becomes a movement of strength and change.

Dignity Is a Right, Not a Privilege

For far too long, the transgender (Kinnar) community has lived on the margins—seen, yet unseen; present, but unheard. Through Ek Samman – Kinnaron Ke Naam, Gauri Sulochana Foundation seeks to rewrite this reality by placing dignity, inclusion, and identity at the center of change.

First initiated in 2017 and reborn under GSF in 2025, this movement champions healthcare, education, cultural celebration, and legal awareness for the Kinnar community. From pride marches to scholarships, from legal literacy to public honors, we are building spaces where kinnars are not just included—but celebrated. We challenge the silence of stigma with the strength of voice, visibility, and belonging.

When Dialogue Meets Duty, Trust is Born

In a world often divided by misunderstanding, the Gurugram Police–Public Culture Fest stands as a bridge—uniting law enforcement and everyday citizens through art, empathy, and open dialogue. Launched in 2025, this pioneering event brings police officers, women, youth, and the transgender community together in a celebration of culture, safety, and mutual respect.

From powerful street performances to open forums and artistic showcases, the fest aims to humanize public service and break down fear. It’s more than an event—it’s a movement to reshape how communities and police connect, trust, and grow together.

Skills Today, Strength Forever

In a world moving rapidly toward digital innovation, many women and girls are still left behind—lacking access to the knowledge and tools that unlock opportunity. The Skill-Up Camp for Women & Girls, held in Jaipur, is our answer to this gap. Through hands-on digital training, vocational workshops, and confidence-building sessions, we empower participants not just to learn—but to lead.

This two-day initiative transforms underrepresented learners into confident doers—ready to navigate workspaces, start small businesses, and take charge of their own futures. It’s about more than skills—it’s about freedom, growth, and voice.
